1:1 Personal Training

If you prefer one-to-one training or find it difficult to attend classes for whatever reason, as your personal trainer I can come to you.

Whether you have a weight-loss goal, have signed up for a race and need some training tips, or just want to get into shape, I will design a programme which plays to your strengths. It can incorporate a wide variety of different exercise styles such as running, boxercise and resistance training.

I have clients in Winchester, Andover, Salisbury, Southampton and all areas in between and therefore training can take place at your home or in a location convenient for you.
