I am a personal trainer and have a lot of experience in designing nutrition plans for different health goals, whether you’d like to lose a bit of weight, reduce the proportion of fat in your body or even build muscle.

If necessary, I will help you to understand any problem areas through the use of a food diary and will share eating plans, tips and easy recipe ideas to help keep you on track.
